The utter wrongness of it, the way it won't fit in my head, keeps coming back to me again and again, as if I've only just learned about it. The Scorpio Races is about man-eating horses, but it's more about finding where you belong. Here, two very different people try to hold onto the things they love most, even as their world spins around them.
