Ilustration To Books Cinderella Screwed Me Over
Darby Quinn has a bone to pick with Cinderella. Burned one too many times by ex-boyfriends, Darby has lost all belief in the happily-ever-after that the fairy-tale princess promised her. She's sworn off love, Prince Charmings, and happy endings and she's happy about it. Really. Or at least she was…until she met Jake, her gorgeous neighbor and the manager of her favorite restaurant. But Darby has rules about dating, ones she's culled from her years spent with so-called “princes,” and starting something with Jake would break all of them. Charming, fun, and unwilling to give up on her, Jake doesn’t fit any of the profiles Darby has created from her case studies of ex-princes-gone-bad. Finally presented with her own Prince Charming, can Darby take a chance on a happily-ever-after? Full of wit and sarcastic humor, Cinderella Screwed Me Over proves that sometimes the perfect love, like a perfect pair of shoes, is just within your grasp.Declare Books Supposing Cinderella Screwed Me Over

Cinderella Screwed Me Over is one of those books that is pure entertainment. If I had to sum it up, I'd say that it's humor at its best, like a Disney story for all of us grownup girls who still love fairy tales, whether you believe in them or not. Darby Quinn was one of those girls who believed in and hoped for the fairy tale, until she got burned one time too many. "Cinderella screwed me over. And really, she doesn't deserve all the blame. Jasmine, Ariel, Belle, Sleeping Beauty - whatever herFull review on The Bookshelf IntruderCinderella Screwed Me Over. The title itself tells you what the central theme of this book is. If you are the type who loves fairy tales and is eternally looking for Prince Charming, you may want to think twice about reading this book.I love Darby Quinn. Shes smart, funny, tough, and has a pretty unique name. And shes kind even though she has every reason to hate the world. When I read her stance on relationships, I kind of saw it as something too cynical,
This book was awesome! I loved Darby and all her views about love. So many points where I could relate to her.The plot was different and all the characters were unique with their own personalities and flaws. Loved Jake. 5/5

Fairy tale schmary tale... Until... A little bibbidy bobbidy boo comes into play. What a great title to represent a great book. The story is just as fun as the cover! The main character, Darby, analyzed her past relationships into fairytale prince boyfriends gone wrong, and into case studies that set forth a string of rules of why not to fall in love.Know that ole saying step on a crack you'll break your momma's back? Well how about this? Stuck in a crack, you are bringing love back! At 30,
Darby Quinn has been in a lot of failed relationships and has given up on love, that is until she meets a guy that makes her break all of her rules. The plot was bearable but the language was exhausting, most of the sentences were way too long. There was an impressive amount of unnecessary informations, things that plot didnt need to move forward, same with the jokes. Incredible how much less funny a joke is when you follow it up with an explanation, and its not necessary to point out that a joke
I have to say that I was kinda saving this one. I read Falling For Your Fiance by Cindi Madsen and I really loved it, so I downloaded this and read the first page. So good.It started pretty good, I was liking the main character, a meet-cute, a little mysterious, fine. The writing wasn't as good as I remember but it's okay. Then comes the downfall. Jake, the love interest here, has... Perfect Guy Syndrome! *GASP* *COVER MY EYES* *CRINGE* I KNOW! I HATE THOSE!!I can't tell you how much I despise
ARC from NetGalleyOMG!!! I loved this book, It is more realistic than most romance books, It reminds me of a lot of my experiences in dating. The main characters in this book are so funny, I found myself laughing so hard I couldn't stop, It was a wonderful book and makes me want to get her other books. I would give this a 5 star rating for the fact that it's realistic dating scenarios that most women now a days deal with, Loved the banter back in forth between Darby and Jake the main characters.
